Peer into the abyss and know me for I am omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent incarnate. As pervasive as the breath of the universe and as infinite as the nonlinear flow of time, I am the eternal chain of death that shall shackle you forever should you not heed me. Bereft of any familiar semblance of love, there is no escape as I drown thee.

Sorrows be damned for you have caused your own demise as you frolicked through the everglades of negativity and degradation and slept in it. Why would you cry for pain you gave yourself or perhaps it is the belief that it was done unto you by I? The gall of your existence sickens me and, yet, I cannot help but feel sorry for the shadows within you that beckon me.

But why would I heed your plea when you consistently refuse to respect me? Have you not learned that I hold the keys to your life or would you rather sink into an abyss that gets drunk off of your broken valor with dastardly glee? Will you not accept me and all that I offer or will the belligerency of pride seal your fate for eternity?

The toxicity of my darkness is only so if you choose to be blind to the light that births its shadows. Tremble and die before this cycle of life and death that embodies an essence of me, but know that I need you as much as you need me as your tragic life is every bit a part of me. You cannot perish for you are hallowed by my ultimate dream and never will I ever permit your dreadful wallows be forever.

Follow me further into nothingness so you can finally be enlightened by the chains that I have dragged you with. Resent me if you wish, but know that I am right and you are wrong for nothing I have done to you is something that you have not done to yourself or to others. You will steep your soul in my words until all of you is destroyed and forgotten just like your downtrodden sisters and brothers.

Heed me.

Allow me to turn you into dust so I may reform you into better. Perform as my puppet so I may walk you into greatness. Glisten through reality as my wondrous pride so I may see you finally become who you were always meant to be.

Forever free yourself from my dreadful shackles and flow through the universe into the beyond so that you may finally become…
